Winemaker Katalin Hudácskó from Tokaj poured a range of nine of her Tokaj wines - including an aszú eszencia as the finale - at this fab dinner which paired her wines with a five course Indian meal at Kashmir Indian Restaurant.
"While Tokaji wines are usually thought of as dessert wines, the unique pairing with the heavily-spiced Indian cuisine proved to be a successful match," commented the event organiser Carolyn Banfalvi.
