Xpat Interview: Jean Kaszacs
I was born and grew up in Brussels, Belgium. I graduated at the University of Louvain in Belgium, first in Chemical Engineering then in Business Management. I spent 10 years working for the Goodyear Tire Company in several Marketing positions, starting at their European Headquarters in Luxembourg. I then got the opportunity to come to Hungary to develop Goodyear Marketing Operations in Central and Eastern Europe. I then got a 3 year assignment in Paris, France.

Dave Thompson, International Comedian
Dave has appeared in three feature films. He played Dave the comedian in ‘Maybe Baby’, written and directed by Ben Elton, and a porn star in ‘I Want Candy’, directed by Stephen Surgit (sadly his scene didn’t make the final edit). Dave’s third film ‘Huge’, was directed by Ben Miller, and will soon be on general release.

Xpat Interview: Tommy Vig - Jazz Percussionist
Born to a musical family in Budapest, Tommy Vig was internationally recognized as a child prodigy by the age of 6, playing drums with his clarinetist father. His sense of improvisation, rhythm and energy made him unique, and he performed live concerts on radio and at the Budapest City Theatre, the Music Academy, and even the National Circus! By the age of 8 he made a record (called "The World Champion Kid Drummer") with the best Austrian jazz players in Vienna.

Gábor Galla graduated from the College of Hotel, Catering and Tourism in 1974, and obtained his doctorate at the Budapest University of Economics in 1981. During his studies he spent a year in Tanzania, where he was deputy general manager at Hallways Hotels Overseas Ltd. He has 30 years of experience in the tourism business.
