The Unknown Artist will explore themes of war and the artist's role in the modern world through the language of Byzantine and medieval Russian iconography. Experimenting with traditional Eastern Christian imagery, reverse perspective, and gold, the artist collaborates with an international team of Eastern European musicians, videographers, and designers.

Pentecost is a public holiday in Hungary, and so shops will be closed on Sunday and Monday, 19 & 20 May. It's a Christian holiday commemorating the descent of the Holy Ghost upon the disciples of Jesus Christ, according to the New Testament of the Bible. It is also known as Whit Sunday.
