Sale Announced of Foxpost Box Delivery Chain in Hungary
Wallis and Trueway – the former Finext – have sold box delivery chain Foxpost to a consortium of CVC Capital Partners and the Emma Capital Group, it was announced.

The transaction could be completed in 2024 after all conditions are met, including approval by the competition authority.

Foxpost, as the first service provider in the domestic parcel locker market, began operations in 2014 with 62 indoor lockers, and now has 1,200.

The company has thousands of e-commerce partners and delivered nearly 10 million parcels in 2023.
