The number of Russian visitors to Hungary has been lower than expected, a government official told business daily Napi Gazdaság. The paper quoted deputy state secretary for tourism Viktória Horváth as saying that though Russian tourists spent 11.7% more guest nights in Hungary in the first half of the year than in the same period of last year, the total number was below expectations.
