Hungary’s Foreign Ministry has asked Hungarians to exercise caution if travelling to Turkey after the bombing in Istanbul which claimed 36 lives and injured nearly 150 on Tuesday. The consular services of the ministry issued a notice on Wednesday in which it suggests that tourists check their travel arrangements as many flights are cancelled.

Moodyʼs noted, however, that government support for banks in the EU, including Hungary, is less certain under the provisions of the EUʼs Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive.
