In television advertisements of its Next Business XL and M packages run over six weeks in autumn 2013, the company failed to inform the targeted SMEs that the monthly fees apply only for four or more subscriptions and if other conditions were met.

Deputy leader István Apáti said the legal rules in question have caused a drop in the number of spectators, lower ticket sales, fewer sponsors and decreased revenues from television broadcasts, which means clubs losing income in the range of 100 million forints.
