Justice Minister Bence Tuzson on Tuesday proposed Kincsem Park as an alternative location for this year's Budapest Pride march, adding that the event must be held at a venue where it can be guaranteed that children do not witness it.

The week-long Sziget Festival staged its closing events on Sunday.It attracted approximately 380 000 visitors in its 20th jubilee year, with 50 percent of these coming from outside Hungary. In addition to the numerous music events, the festival hosted a number of government organisations at its ‘Civil Village’.
