Deputy Prime Minister Tibor Navracsics on Monday sent an open letter to Viviane Reding, the European Commissioner in charge of justice, fundamental rights and citizenship, in response to an interview published in Hungarian daily Népszava two days ago, in which she said, among other remarks, that the Hungarian legal system should comply with EU norms.
