The snow had melted away, the sun was shining, Irish eyes were smiling, and Hungarian eyes and everyone else’s eyes were smiling together. A small piece of the emerald Isle had gathered to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day: colourful, warm and charming, which, in my opinion, sums up the nation.

Clannad are one of the most popualr Irish bands. Their music is bordering on folk and folk rock, traditional Irish, Celtic and New Age, incorporating elements of smooth jazz and Gregorian chant.
