The 2013 Budapest Spring Festival may well be offering on its second weekend what can be considered a festival within the festival: the Budapest Festival Centre has organized a programme that is in harmony with the spirit of the Easter celebrations. On May 2nd 2012 the famous landmark reopens to the public with the first Hungarian visual exhibition. The more than a 101-year-old Margaret Island Water Tower is an industrial monument of Budapest, which is situated on Margaret Island, one of the most beautiful islands of the Danube, which runs through whole Europe and flows between Buda and Pest.
