Thomas did obey Christ, and worked for and lived with the foreign ruler for many years. Thus, he is considered to be the Patron Saint of the Carpenters and also the patron of marriage.

Under the changes, passed by parliament on Nov. 22, health authorities would have been granted the power to enter and search any facility on their own, without the consent of the owner.
