Hungary will have no problem with gas supplies even of Russia shuts off gas to Ukraine, Development Minister Miklós Seszták said on Monday. Seszták told a news conference that Hungary can import gas from various sources, including the Baumgarten pipeline in Austria.

The chief purpose of the exhibition conceived for the 150th anniversary of the artist’s birth is to give a comprehensive presentation of the museum’s own material of prints and drawings. As the earliest sheets in the Budapest collection are from 1892 the exhibition wishes to shed light upon the last decade of his oeuvre (1891–1901), characterised by lively lithographic activity.

As part of the ongoing series at the Hungarian National Gallery dealing with the life's works of outstanding Hungarian artists, this exhibition presents the art of one of the major figures from the period between the wars, Gyula Derkovits (1894-1934). The significance of Derkovits was recognized even by the critics, collectors and museum experts of his own age.
