The Animal Health Institute has detected anthrax among a flock of 210 sheep in Jászladány, Jász county, Regional Development state secretary Endre Kardeván told reporters on Monday. He said government authorities are in full control of the situation, stressing that anthrax has not been detected in any humans and the farm has been placed under quarantine.

Árpád Kiss, his brother István and Zsolt Pet were convicted of premeditated murder, and the fourth defendant István Csontos, who was their driver, for acting as an accomplice.
