The seller was legally advised on the transaction by Lakatos, Köves & Partners, while the buyer was represented in the deal by Dentons.

This comes after a massive campaign by the Hungarian government against “migrants” prior to the October referendum on the EU’s planned refugee quotas, which ended as invalid.
