Contemporary Dance Workshop, ZéróPlusz Dance Studio Budapest, 11 - 12 March
This workshop is open to everybody who has some experience with body activities. No gender or age limitation.

This dynamic workshop will focus on two main principles:
• Animalistic movements: inspired by the movement we see in the natural world, we'll get in touch with our animal nature to find soft, precise and agile movements.

We'll then progress to acrobatic movement, trusting our physical instincts to find support and power when jumping or going to the floor.

• Change of levels: following the previous principle, we will play with different levels of motion.
We'll learn ways to move softly on the floor, find mobility and ease on four "legs", stability and explosiveness on two legs and how to lift our bodies to reach the highest level - jumping.
We will also work on transitions from level to level, finding smooth and effortless ways to travel.
In the end, we will have some time to put together all the tools we learned during the day in a more performative way by learning a dance combination.
