'Szünidödő', Petőfi Hall, Until 13 August
"It is the 23rd time that the free event series called SZÜNIDÖDÖ has been organised for the capital’s primary school pupils at Petőfi Hall in Budapest.

It is not an accident that Szünidödö is so popular among children and their parents, because it offers nearly 300 various free events during the two months of the holiday at different locations in Budapest – in cultural centres, at sports grounds, in parks, on the children’s railway, at the Danube embankment, in swimming pools or on farms…: theatre performances, handicraft occasions with guided tours at exhibitions, factory visits, learning martial arts and water sports, dance learning, a little bit of coaching towards the end of the holiday…and much more.

The detailed offer can be found in the Szünidödö programme booklet, which can be obtained at the Petőfi Hall and in cultural centres, or it can be read at the website on www.szunidodo.hu in Hungarian.

Of course you can also ask your questions about the programme on the phone number of Petőfi Hall: (+36 1) 363 3730, 251 7266.

The event is organised by Petőfi Hall and sponsored by the Municipality of Budapest.

The series of games will start with a large-scale free party on 13 June at 10 a.m., when kids can have a tiny preview of the summer programme."
