Electrolux Unveils New Vacuum Cleaner In Hungary
"Electrolux will make its new environmentally friendly vacuum cleaners, made of recycled plastic and powered by energy-saving motors, available in Hungary.

The models, produced at Electrolux’s Jászberény factory, contain 2-2.5kg of recycled plastic imported from France and Austria, factory chief Attila Vass told a Tuesday press conference. About 55-70% of the new models are made of recycled plastic.

The recycled plastic is imported because no Hungarian waste collectors granulate the plastic, he explained.

The factory produces 200,000 environmentally friendly vacuum cleaners annually, about 10-15% of total production.

The new models cost 10-20% more than traditional ones."
