Hungarians Abroad To Get Voting Rights

"A provision tying voting rights to permanent Hungarian residence is expected to be removed from the Constitution, Fidesz MP Gergely Gulyás, deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee drafting the Constitution, said on TV Tuesday evening.
This means, he stressed, that ethnic Hungarians abroad will be granted voting rights."
