Xpat Restaurant Review: Araz Dazzles In Historical Budapest
Araz Restaurant, one of the latest eateries to open in the Hungarian capital, is situated in the historical center of the HUngarian capital near Dohány Street. Its location is where the former Continental Hotel and the renowned Hungária Bath operated for decades. In short, it's a hit, serving up fabulous dishes with excellent wines, all in special surroundings. Owing to novelties such as lavender jasmine-sorbet, goose liver cream enriched with sloe, and pike-perch flavoured with vine-leaves, guests can expect to enjoy a real gastronomical treat.

Araz makes it mark in the capital with its special Hungarian-French menu, and also due to the use of what's described as exclusive modern cooking technology, as well as exquisite interior design, all of which creates a unique place to eat.

It's an up-market restaurant that functions independently of its host establishment, the recently opened Hotel Continental Zara **** Superior.

In the upcoming months the restaurant plans to hold several gastro-events, and we'll endevour to give you news of those as they're announced, before they become fully booked.
