Hungarian Folk Band Muzsikás, Pianist Schiff Play Sold-Out Show At New York’s Carnegie Hall
"The folk music group Muzsikás and classical pianist András Schiff gave a concert entitled The Routes and Roots of Bartók at New York’s Carnegie Hall Wednesday night. The sold-out show featured melodies from various regions of Hungary and compositions by Béla Bartók.

Muzsikás, together for 38 years, first performed at Carnegie Hall with the Takács String Quartet in 2008.

They will perform at the Hungarian embassy tonight and at the consulate in New York on Friday. "
