Teaser Video for Sziget Festival in Budapest 2025 Released, New Focus on 24 Hour Party People

The first news about Sziget 2025 has arrived, and a special ticket promotion starts on October 28. According to the organizers, next year’s festival will be more diverse than ever, with a new focus on the festival's nightlife.

The first lineup announcements are expected soon, but in the meantime, a teaser video of this year’s event has already dropped:



The next edition of Sziget is set to take place between August 6-11, 2025.

“While ticket prices at European festivals are generally rising by 5-10%, Sziget aims to maintain its position as a leading festival with the best value for money,” said Tamás Kádár, the chief organizer of Sziget. To make the festival even more appealing, the organizers promise a refresh of the programs, increasing diversity, alongside offering a range of discounts.

“We’ve already had a ‘Super Early Bird’ promotion, and at the end of October, our ‘Early Bird + Szitizen Limited Kit’ promotion will start. For the first 48 hours, buyers will receive a unique package with their discounted ticket, including very cool, eco-friendly, upcycled gifts. Additionally, Student Tickets and the U21 Pass for visitors aged 21 and under will also be available,” added the chief organizer.

We can also expect fresh elements in the programs. Initial information suggests that the organizers are paying more attention to Sziget’s nightlife.

“Sziget offers experiences 24/7, but beyond the popular venues, we’re adding even more discoveries to our lineup,” Kádár said. “I can already reveal that we’re bringing even more life to the festival’s nighttime programs. Next year, visitors can explore a new ‘Night Quarter,’ where the energy pulses from dusk till dawn,” he added.

He also mentioned that the first lineup announcements and more program previews are coming soon.

So, for those looking to grab discounted tickets, keep an eye on the Sziget website, where the Early Bird promotion kicks off on October 28, with an exclusive gift package available during the first 48 hours.
