Book Week In Budapest: 333 New Titles

A total of 333 new titles from 98 publishers will be for sale at the 83rd Book Week which runs from Thursday through Monday on downtown Vörösmarty tér. About 250 book publishers from Hungary and abroad will present their offerings in Budapest, said László Péter Zentai, director of the Hungarian Book Publishers and Distributors Association.
Writer György Ferdinandy will open the week at 4 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Two major stages will be set up on Vörösmarty tér, and a Books Night and street party will be staged on Saturday, Zentai added.
