Court Suspends Hungarian State Mobile Service

State mobile-phone company MPVI Mobil cannot start using the 900 MHz frequency until a ruling is made on a legal challenge by Magyar Telekom and Telenor, the Budapest Municipal Court ruled on Monday.
The award earlier this year of the 900 MHz frequency tender to MPVI Mobil is contested by Hungary’s current mobile service providers.
