IGCSE English without the cost of going to an International school - English Learning Centre (ELC) will offer the IGCSE (International General Certificate in Secondary Education) English from this October as a two year programme, taught in after school hours at their classrooms in district II. IGCSE English is managed by the University of Cambridge. It’s internationally recognised as the world’s most widely accepted attainment in English for this age group by universities and employers.
