Historical Sightseeing & Street Music In Budapest’s Multicultural Quarter, 15 - 16 September
In the frame of the Cultural Heritage Days and the Night of Non-governmental Organizations, KultUnio Cluster and Királyutca-Designutca Cluster invite you for free historical sightseeing walk with some melody on the way. In Király Street the 2 hours long historical walks in Hungarian language start at 11 am and 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday at the corner of Király Street and Károly körút. Some shops participate in the program with longer opening hours (till 9 pm) or other preferences and gifts as well.

Longer historical walks (3 hours long) will be held in the quarter of the VII. districts on 16th September (Sunday). They start from the Great Synagogue (exactly in front of 7 Wesselényi Street) at 10 am and 1 pm. They take you through a special route in the VII. districts and you can get acquainted with some exceptional places like Kosher Shop, Spinoza Theatre, Klauzál square, Fogasház ruin pub, Soho Boutique Hotel, Continental Hotel Zara Budapest and Szimplakert ruin pub.

The tours are for free, in Hungarian language and guided by Budapest Industry Chamber’s (BKIK) travel guides. The visited places wait their visitors with programs, discounts and surprises. The organizers try to make more living the history with some music played by buskers at 12 points in the quarter.
