Contemporary Chinese Art Now on Display in Budapest at National Museum
On display until 5 January 2025. An exhibition dubbed Chinese Xieyi - Art from the National Art Museum of China presenting the works of contemporary Chinese artists opened at the Hungarian National Museum.

The partnership between China and Hungary goes back to several decades, with the two countries marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year, the minister of culture and innovation said at the opening event.

There are strong ties between the two countries in economy, politics and culture, and they are dedicated to further strengthen cooperation between universities, in research and innovation, Balazs Hanko said.

The exhibition featuring 58 works will run through January 5.
