The employee engagement index was the most important indicator in the past, but for this year the survey also considered the people-oriented management, the attractiveness of the employer brand, the sustainable improvement and the performance-oriented productivity as key characteristics of the Best Employers.

During the survey Aon Hewitt asked more than 30,000 employees and 487 top-level managers from over 85 companies. The best workplaces were splitted again in three major groups: Enterprises with less than 250 employees, enterprises with 250-1000 employees and enterprises with more than 1000 employees. InterContinental Budapest proudly finished on the third place among small enterprises.
