Osama Kutaini Executive Chef and Shodzsi Hiroe Sushi Chef lead the course together, where among others you can learn about tips and tricks of sushi making and the secrets of Tom Yam Soup, the popular Buddha-Bar Chicken Salad and the Singaporean Tiger Prawns. Get busy behind the scene at the Buddha-Bar, first time April the 13th, Saturday, from 10 am to 3 pm.
