This Sunday, close to one hundred designers and gastro exhibitors will be participating in the visually revamped fair again, which will focus on objects and fine food associated with the summer this time.

Mari Cselő will present a brand new collection of necklaces revolving around the summer season, Kata Imecs will showcase poufs decorated with pictures of flowery meadows, while the young but already hugely popular brand, Phaidra, has prepared a collection of exquisitely feminine bathing suits and summer dresses and the Tipton label a collection of cool sunglasses.

The iced treats of the Buubbles Tea Company and the sweet creamy cakes of Party Macaron will be available at the gastro section, and Gelarto Rosa, one of the best ice-cream makers in town will also be featured as a special guest. For the first time, visitors will also have the chance to see the WAMP fair from a bird’s-eye view if they get on the huge Ferris wheel installed on Erzsébet Square on the side towards the Danube, offering a fantastic panorama of Budapest.

One day before the fair, the organizers will present a special WAMP collection parallel to the awards ceremony and the large-scale, one-day fashion event of the Gombold újra! competition. On the gallery of Hall B of Millenáris, garments and accessories created by regular WAMP contributors will be exhibited in the form of a spectacular installation. Just as in previous years, WAMP will award an applicant with a special prize, so it is worth buying a ticket for the awards ceremony in the evening, too.
