It was almost self-evident that Hungary would be chosen as the site for the facility, as it has excellent infrastructure and a highly qualified workforce, said European director of GE Global Operations Bjorn E. Bergabo.

GE operates similar centres in China, Mexico and Saudi Arabia, with plans for another one in the US.
