They found irregularities in 35% of the cases. A café and two restaurants, one of them an upmarket, foreign-owned eatery, will be shut down, as they have failed regulators’ tests for the second time within a short period, the tax authority announced.
Restaurants will face penalties for not issuing receipts, which was the most common violation, in 40% of the cases.
