Hungary's Homeless People Win Compensation
The 14th District acted illegally in dismantling the huts of homeless people in 2011, the Debrecen Court of Appeals ruled on Thursday, upholding a decision by the Capital Court. The ruling is final.

The Court of Appeals ordered the district to apologise to the six plaintiffs in a private letter within 15 days and to pay each of them Ft 500,000 in compensation and default interest.
