Police at Budapest’s international Ferenc Liszt airport have seized a large haul of cocaine worth well over 300,000 euros from two Portuguese nationals. Police said on their website that a man and woman were detained on Jan. 10 after they exhibited suspicious behaviour.
Altogether 7.9kg of the drug were found in 82 sachets of hair dye contained in 23-year-old Sandra C. Filipa’s suitcase.
The drug had been taken from Brazil via Dubai to Budapest. She was aided by 48-year old C Aruna, the police said.
