23rd of September is the birthday of Charles Gundel, the great restauranteur, – this year he would be 132 years old. We commemorate the founder with a sparkling festive week.

During the week of his birthday you can enjoy a special menu compiled from his original recipes. Our lunch menus will reflect to his pioneering work as well.
From Monday to Sunday we offer exciting tours all over the Gundel Palace, where you can discover his life while visiting the private rooms, where he and his family used to live.
