Nine Foreign Films To Compete At Titanic Festival

Canada will present Demons, the feature debut from French-Canadian documentarian Philippe Lesage, and China will show the murder mystery What’s In The Darkness by Yichun Wang.
The other titles in competition include Home Care from the Czech Republic, Our Everyday Life from Bosnia-Herzegovina, The Daughter from Australia, Couple in a Hole made in Belgian-British cooperation, Mellow Mud from Latvia, Evolution from France and Aloys from Switzerland.
Titles outside competition will be shown in the sections of Festival Hits, American Independents, Asian Winds, The Dark Side and Filmdokk, and in a section dedicated to short films.
The festival will close on April 15 with the Italian-American film A Bigger Splash featuring Ralph Fiennes, Dakota Johnson and Tilda Swinton. The psychological drama will only be shown in Hungary at the Titanic Festival. The Breaking Waves Award will be presented on April 15 in the Uránia cinema.
