LMP Files Complaint About Market Hall
LMP has filed a complaint on suspicion of budget fraud in connection with the renovation of the market hall on Hold utca in Budapest’s Fifth District. MP Benedek R. Sallai said the market hall received Ft 200 million from a farm support fund, but the market is home to “one counter only half used by farmers and some expensive restaurants”.

Sallai alleged that Agriculture Minister Sándor Fazekas, who is responsible for the funds, colluded with Antal Rogán, the district mayor at the time, as they did not use the funds for the purposes specified by law.
