Hungarians Spending More On Private Education
- 28 Sep 2016 8:00 AM
The Central Statistics office announced last week that July saw the 43rd month of continuous real wage growth, increasing annually from 7% to 7.4%. David Shectman, Director of Education at ESB, said that “the sustained growth of extra household income means that we see demand in areas of Budapest that we have not witnessed before, so opening our first Pest site makes sense”.
He added that “ there are already some of the best state schools in Pest, so there is demand amongst academically orientated students to improve their English in after school hours”.
