Vajna’s Wife Opens & Closes Doughnut Shop
Socialist activists distributed free “anti-corruption doughnuts” at Friday’s official opening of a doughnut and bagel shop owned by Tímea Vajna, wife of government film affairs commissioner and casino licence owner Andy Vajna.

The Mr. Funk shop on Arany János utca in the Fifth District distributed free doughnuts and bagels to members of the public.

A single protester arrived with a sign reading “Down with the elite”.

An invitation-only opening was staged for celebrities last Wednesday evening.

The shop closed immediately after its opening, due to “unexpected technical problems”.
