Laugh, Brody, Laugh! – English Stand Up Comedy, Brody Studios, 7 December
Give your laughing gear a workout with a healthy dose of English humour courtesy of our host Dave Thomspon and cast of international comedians featuring Alistair Barrie, Steve N Allen and Kitti Nagy.

Comedian, actor and writer Alistair Barrie is one of the most sought after performers on the international comedy circuit. He is a core member of The Cutting Edge team at London's Comedy Store and has made numerous radio and television appearances around the world.

A regular at corporate events and festivals, he has taken seven solo shows to the Edinburgh Festival – his 2012 show 'Urban Fogey' and 2015 show 'No More Stage Three' were both runner up for best show at the Fringe in the Amused Moose Laughter Awards.

Steve N Allen is an experienced comedian at home in any slot on the bill, with a warm and upbeat act that soon connects with any audience. His material ranges from an observational look at life to up to date topical comedy or shows solely based on the interaction with the crowd. As a stand-up Steve has performed all across the UK. Steve can also often be heard as a news commentator and satirist TV and radio, including LBC and BBC London and has hosted his own shows for the BBC.

Kitti is so fresh and new to comedy, she is going to hit you in the face like your own morning breath. Introduced to the business only a few months ago she’s earned a few laughs around the city. Her energetic storytelling style will pull you in to a crazy world with broken toilet seats, Italian markets and freaky marriage proposals. Because when her hand lets her speak, crazy stories come to light.

Dave shot to fame playing Tinky Winky in the Teletubbies and most recently featured in Harry Hill’s DVD ‘Sausage Time’. He has done four feature films which include playing Dave the comedian in ‘Maybe Baby’, written and directed by Ben Elton, and the porn star in ‘I want Candy’ directed by Stephen Surgit (unfortunately his scene didn’t make the final edit).
