Video: Introducing Britannica International School Budapest
Britannica International School Budapest, established in 1993, was the first British style curriculum, secondary school in Hungary. Today it is a thriving school for students aged from 5 to 18 years old. The school is a full member of the Council of International Schools.

In the Secondary Department, International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), Advanced Subsidiary Levels (AS) and Advanced Levels (A Levels), provide graduating students with gold standard diplomas for entry to leading universities around the world.
The school is a registered Cambridge International Examinations Centre, and is a member of the Orbital Education group of schools.

Throughout the years Britannica students have consistently achieved A* to AS above 39%, with 56% scoring from A* to C on the whole AS and A level cohort last school year. In Further Mathematics and Biology, 75% of our students choosing those options scored an A.

In 2015 and 2016, 98% of our students passed and managed to secure places at prestigious universities, such as Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, London City, Leicester and Southampton.

"Being part of the Orbital Group of Schools enables us to network and share skills and expertise outside of our immediate reach thus supporting us to grow and mature as a school community. Our school prides itself in the creation of a warm and welcoming environment where students needs and the pursuit of excellence are at the heart of our organisation."
