Two Romanian trucks, two vans, a Romanian bus and two Bulgarian vans collided at 7.30 a.m. one kilometre from the border.

The dead are two Turkish citizens, one Romanian and one Bulgarian.

The 15 injured people, some in critical and serious condition, were taken to hospitals in Szeged and Makó. All are foreigners.
