MKB Bank Online Service Out Of Order Due To IT Crash
MKB’s online bank service crashed on Monday, Index reports.

The service was not available throughout the day, neither via apps, nor through the browser, hence online transactions were not possible.

Some users had experienced temporary glitches with the mobile app before but this time the service came to a full stop.

Customers flocked to MKB branches to do their banking.

MKB issued a statement later in the day saying it was working to restore the service, but did not say when that might be possible.

It said the problem was not a result of flaws within MKB’s core banking infrastructure.
