Hungary’s Construction Sector Output Jumps 40.1% In April
Output of Hungary’s construction sector grew by an annual 40.1% in April, data released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) show.

Output of the buildings segment was up 34.3%, lifted by construction of industrial buildings, offices and homes, KSH said.

Civil engineering output increased by 47.9%, supported by road and railway projects, it added.

In a month-on-month comparison, construction output fell by 3.8%, adjusted for seasonal and working-day effects.
