Celebration Of Folk Music, Palace Of Arts Budapest, 23 February
The Hungarian folk music revival of the 60s and 70s was embodied by the dance-house movement.

This exemplary tradition lives on and flourishes to this day. How would it look if this phenomenon wasn't part of A Celebration of Folk Music?!

Of course, that is out of the question. On this day, there will be two dance houses: one from 6 to 7 pm and another between 10 and 11 pm. The Magos band takes us on a musical journey of dance around the Carpathian basin from Szatmár to Székelyföld.

Admission to the event is free of charge.

Date and time: 23 February, 6 pm, 10 pm

Venue:
Mupa
1095 Budapest, Komor Marcell u. 1.
