OTP Bank Renews Mobile & Online Services

OTP bank has renewed its mobile and online banking services, digital development director András Kuhárszki told Portfolio.

The bank has launched the new digital service contract which, as a first step, is only available to OTPdirekt subscribers.

Clients may register for the digital service package using previous applications, or from the bank’s website, or by downloading the new mobile application via the App Store or Google Play.

Kuhárszki observed that the proportion of mobile bank users among credit card holders rose from 29% to 56% between 2018 and 2020, while the proportion of smartphone users rose from 83% to 95%.
