Winelovers 100 Grand Tasting: A Celebration of Hungary’s Top Wines
Which wines are shaping Hungary’s wine scene today, and where does Hungarian wine stand internationally? The answers will be explored through the Winelovers 100 – The 100 Best Hungarian Wines 2025, with the annual ranking due to be unveiled in September.

The list brings together 100 wines selected by a professional jury, highlighting bottles that are considered capable of delivering a consistent, reliable experience rather than being one-off successes. Each wine also has its own story, reflecting the diversity of Hungary’s wine regions, producers and styles.

The results can be explored in person at the Winelovers 100 Grand Tasting on September 26, where all 100 wines from the ranking will be available to taste, alongside a wider selection from Hungarian wineries.

More than 100 exhibitors are expected, with the programme featuring the 100 top-rated wines, a further 80 wines featured in the Winelovers 100 magazine and around 200 additional wines from participating wineries. Every ticket also includes a complimentary copy of the Winelovers 100 magazine.

The event will also include free pop-up presentations offering further insight into the wines and producers, as well as an exclusive VIP room and a raffle with a selection of prizes.

The Winelovers 100 Grand Tasting takes place on September 26, 2026, at the Corinthia Hotel Budapest.

Tickets are available at the following prices: regular admission is HUF 17,900 per person when purchased by September 25, reduced from HUF 19,900. A double ticket for two people costs HUF 33,800 until September 25, while tickets purchased on the day cost HUF 19,900 per person. VIP tickets are HUF 27,900.

Ticket links are available in Hungarian, or tickets can be requested by emailing info@winelovers.hu with your name and preferred ticket type.
