The first and largest development is to open a unit called Nudli Óbuda Pop-Up in the 3rd district in order to enlarge the delivery area - so far there has been a frequent “criticism” that the third-party food courier in Buda due to limited service capacity) our products are no longer available. 

We hope that in this way - although the Buda unit will only offer a selection of the most sought-after products - Nudli's pasta dishes, which soon became popular, will be available to a larger audience. 

Delivery from the pop-up unit and personal pick-up are carried out with the help of Pastrami Restaurant - the dishes that can be ordered from here are also prepared in the Nudli kitchen, only the closing moments of the products are made by our partner to reach the customers in perfect condition.

The popularity of our products is unbroken, the number of returning guests is high, so we place great emphasis on variety and the renewal of the menu - accordingly, two classics will be on the menu on April 1 -  Hortobágy meat pancakes and paprika chicken with nokedli. 



The third novelty is the product of an absolutely revolutionary fantasy (but it won the trust with us, so it could get on the menu): in our opinion, the torn duck and cabbage noodles could soon become a favorite of pasta lovers.



The feedback received during the first quarter, which should be carefully evaluated, was summarized and our recipes were refined accordingly.
