Water Shortage Warning in Ten Hungarian Towns
There is a loss of pressure or a temporary shortage of water in ten Pest county municipalities as a result of the rising consumption of water, prompting the Duna Regional Water Works to ask local residents to reduce their consumption.

The company is operating all of its systems at maximum capacity but, despite that, the water pressure has dropped or a temporary shortage of water prevails in Üröm, Pilisborosjenő, Solymár, Pilisszentiván, Budakalász, Pomáz, Pilisszántó, Pilisszentkereszt, Pilisvörösvár and Csobánka.

The company is asking consumers to be rational in their use of drinking water, and to limit the use of water for other purposes such as filling up swimming pools or watering plants and flowers.
