Tragic Accident: Body Repeatedly Run Over on Motorway in Hungary

Dozens of cars ran over the remains of a man who had been hit by a car on the M0 motorway on Sunday night, RTL Híradó reported.

The victim was a 92-year-old Romanian who for unknown reasons tried to cross the busy motorway after his tourist bus stopped at a rest area near Törökbálint.

He reached the central reservation, then turned back, and was hit by a grey car. The driver left the scene of the accident without stopping, and is wanted by police.

Cars continued to run over the dead body for 20 minutes before traffic could be stopped.
