This Easter season, Spago Budapest invites guests to enjoy a special three-course menu offered alongside the à la carte selection on both Good Friday and Easter Monday.

The Good Friday menu, created with a focus on meatless dishes, begins with a selection of freshly baked breads from Spago’s own bakery, served with artisan butter. The starter is a celebration of spring: an herb panna cotta paired with vibrant radishes and a delicate Tokaj vinaigrette.
 

The main course features house-made balanzoni pasta, filled with creamy ricotta and complemented by wild garlic and marinated zucchini, bringing together the season’s freshest flavors in one harmonious dish. To finish, guests will be treated to a vegan citrus pavlova, elegantly paired with tapioca pearls, berries, and a hint of violet - a light and refined dessert that perfectly concludes the festive experience.

This Easter Monday, Spago Budapest blends the cherished flavors of a traditional Hungarian Easter with the elegance of contemporary fine dining.
